Retail Shop
One shop, one location. Open a shift, sell with tax, print 58mm / 80mm / A4 receipts, and keep staff on clear roles. Grow later by upgrading to a chain.
Venue
Park, mall, or society — many tenant shops with different categories on one site. Approve registrations, set rent, record rent received, and keep a simple cash book with an accountant login.
Chain Stores
Same activity across many locations. New outlets inherit the chain category; each still has its own products. Switch outlets and compare daily sales.
Counter POS
Express till for live ticketing; Normal till for customer name, offers, and discounts. Menu tabs, product vs service, custom line, full-catalog search, split tenders, void with permission, optional missed-sales entry when the full POS is off.
Catalog
Shop-owned groups, product or service kind, category attributes, add from starter templates or a blank form, stock import from CSV/Excel, optional photo OCR draft when an API key is set.
Invoices & payments
Catalog or manual lines. Public invoice with bank, UPI, a pasted link, or Razorpay Checkout. Shop billing keys stay encrypted on that shop only.
Customers & credit
Shop ledgers stay with that shop. Sell on credit, collect dues later, and see outstanding balances in reports. Venues keep a separate visitor list.
Reports
Range summaries, top products, cashier performance, payment mix, credit given vs collected, CSV export, and shift Z-reports after close.
API & language
Bearer shop keys for /api/v1 products, groups, sales, invoices, and customers. English and Hindi in the app chrome; shop default as fallback.
