Express vs Normal POS: which till to use
Live ticketing wants tap-pay-next. A boutique wants names, offers, and line discounts. Hirah Shop has both on the same counter.
Express
Tap a tile, pay, next bill. Built for parks, tickets, and food counters where a queue is waiting. Cart is only there if quantity needs changing. Receipt paper size is chosen on the next screen on phones.
Normal
Customer name and phone, shop offer, line discounts, and bill discounts — with a staff cap so a cashier cannot give away the shop. Use it when you need a name on the bill or a running credit account.
Counters
The shop owner adds cash counters in Settings. Staff only pick an existing counter when they open a shift. A second till cannot steal a counter that already has an open shift.
