What is new in Hirah Shop 2.0
Menu groups, product vs service, Razorpay on invoices, a shop API, and English/Hindi — what 2.0 actually changes at the till.
Catalog that matches how you sell
Products can be goods or services, and they sit in shop-owned menu groups — Starters and Drinks for a cafe, Departments for retail, Services and Retail for a salon. You can add from a starter catalog or type a blank item with kind, group, and category attributes.
Invoices and POS share the catalog
Service invoices can pick a catalog line or stay fully manual. POS tabs follow your groups, with a product/service filter, a custom line for one-offs, and search across the whole catalog rather than the first page of tiles.
Pay online, still keep offline
Razorpay Checkout can sit on a public invoice Pay now button, and optionally on POS as Pay online. Bank transfer, UPI QR, and a pasted payment link stay available. Keys live on the shop billing page and are never written to logs.
API and language
Shop owners issue Bearer keys in Settings → API for /api/v1 products, groups, sales, invoices, and customers. Staff can switch English and Hindi from the app chrome, with a shop default as fallback.
