How venues collect rent and keep a cash book
Parks, malls, and societies onboard tenants, set rent, and give an accountant a read-only cash book — without mixing shop customer lists.
Tenant pipeline
A shop registers to join your venue. You approve. They sell on the same POS stack with their own products, staff, and customers. Shop customer ledgers stay private to that shop; the venue keeps a separate visitor list.
Rent models
Fixed rent, a percent of sales, or a hybrid. Record rent received against the shop, then see it in the month cash book next to venue expenses.
Accountant login
Invite an accountant who can read sales, rent received, expenses, and the cash book — and cannot change shops or settings. Notices and onboarding documents stay with the venue team.
